GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND SHIPPING.


GENERAL CONDITIONS.

- Placing an order at servicosta.es implies acceptance by the client of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the client may differ from those presented here if it has not been expressly accepted previously and in writing by Servicosta S.L.
-Servicosta S.L. reserves the right to add or modify any condition that is required in case there is an error or misinterpretation of the same, informing about it.
- The objective of this spare parts website is to serve end users, therefore, orders of large quantities, volumes and / or wholesale will not be accepted without our express acceptance of special conditions of sale and transport that will only be valid in writing always under the supervision of SERVICOSTA SL

SHIPPING, WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, GUARANTEE AND OTHERS.
 

SHIPPING.

 - Servicosta S.L. will not send any product until the Administration Department has verified that the payment has been made.


- All purchases will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer, except for the absence of the recipient or that due to the weight, volume or nature of the order, does not allow a person to deliver, in which case it will be made at the street door or at the delegation of destination. In the absence of the recipient, a notice will be left to notify the delivery attempt.


- The delivery will be considered made when the carrier has delivered the package or packages to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the products upon receipt and expose all anomalies in the delivery receipt document.


- Servicosta S.L. undertakes to send the merchandise in stock in the peninsula between 2-3 days, Ceuta and Melilla islands 3-4 days and for shipments within the European Union 10-14 days.

The provision of services will be carried out on working days and from Monday to Friday. In the temporary calculation of the terms, the holidays of the delivery location and weekends will be excluded. The delivery terms of the order are understood without prejudice to the delays that may be caused by reasons of force majeure or by causes beyond our control (storms, snow, strikes, etc.). Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the customer in his order is rendered ineffective by the application of point 1a. of these legal conditions.

 

- Servicosta S.L. will send the products by the means it deems appropriate if necessary to fulfill its commitments. The shipping price within the national territory is € 9.56 including VAT (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the shipping cost within the European Union is € 20 including VAT. The shipping cost (POSTAGE) leaves automatically when placing the order, customs expenses and special taxes paid by the client at the time of delivery of your order to the transport agency are NOT included.


- Servicosta S.L., will send freight prepaid, all those orders whose amount is equal to or greater than € 350 of purchase VAT included (only in Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal)

WITHDRAWAL.

You can cancel your order as long as the piece is still in our warehouses, once your order is in the hands of the assigned transport company, you will have a period of 14 days, after the

reception of the merchandise. It can also be returned up to 14 days after this communication. To return it for the reasons accepted in our return policy and according to the conditions established therein.


RETURNS

- Servicosta S.L. will not accept returns after 14 business days. In the event of the return within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return.

- Servicosta S.L. will not accept returns if the product is not presented in perfect condition.

-The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition, the use of seals and adhesive tapes being prohibited. The return of the good in a different packaging from the original will accrue a depreciation of the good.

-The refund will be made by the same payment method that you chose. In the event that the chosen payment method has been cash on delivery, we will contact you to request the account number and make a bank transfer.


- All returns must be authorized by Servicosta S.L. For this, the customer must request a return authorization through one of these options:

1st Request it by ordinary mail to Servicosta S.L. to the postal address Avda. Juan Carlos I nº28 of the town of Almuñecar (Granada) C.P. 18690 attaching the invoice number.

2º By means of an email to servicosta@servicosta.e.telefonica.net attaching the invoice number

3rd Using this template Return Form


- Once the client has received the document, he will send the products to the address specified by Servicosta S.L.


GUARANTEE.

 - In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for the lack of conformity manifested within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it. Spare parts are industrial components and must be installed by qualified persons to avoid the risk of functional and personal damage. Spare parts are only guaranteed if they are installed by Servicosta S.L.

- Servicosta S.L. cannot offer a guarantee of electrical or electronic parts or parts that suffer wear, (motors, parts, mechanical, seals, etc.) as they have many possibilities of being incorrectly placed or connected, they may even suffer electrical, magnetic or static alterations that may destroy said spare parts, therefore we strongly ask that you buy the spare part that is truly useful or that you know that it is defective or that a qualified person has indicated it to you. Do not hesitate to consult through our email contact.

- Servicosta S.L. cannot offer a guarantee on generally spare parts (plastic, crystals or trims and aesthetic parts that have suffered bumps, scratches, stains, etc. The customer is the one who verifies it at the time of receipt and has the obligation to state it on the delivery note of the transport or by telephone to the transport any anomaly in the outer packaging, for possible claims, with a period of 24 hours to review your order.
 

OTHERS

 - The price that appears on the web at the time the consumer has made the purchase will be considered valid, without prejudice to the fact that it has subsequently been modified.

- SERVICOSTA S.L. reserves the right to take legal action in any inappropriate use regarding the sale or manipulation of products, unaccepted payments, attempted fraud, falsification of data, etc. about this website and all its content.
